RETURN CONDITIONS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the option to return the items to us for an exchange or refund.
1. RETURN PERIOD:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit a refund or exchange request and to return your package.
We do not accept returns after this time. If you try to make a return, we will be forced to send it back to your default shipping address.
2. CONDITIONS OF ORIGIN OF THE ARTICLE:
You can try on an item as in the store, but don't wear it for too long.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and all tags intact, properly folded and free of signs of wear, makeup, dirt or perfume. If upon inspection of the returned product it is found that an item is damaged, has been worn, washed or is in an inappropriate condition, no refund will be given.
3. OTHER APPLICABLE CASES:
- Items discounted more than 30% may not be eligible for exchange. For more details, please contact customer service.
- If the returned products are returned without their protective bag, an amount of €0.80 will be deducted from the refund for each item concerned.
- For gifts received during promotional offers based on a minimum purchase amount, the following conditions apply:
- If you return your order for a refund and, after the refund, your total purchase amount remains greater than or equal to the gift threshold, you may keep the gift.
- On the other hand, if the total amount after reimbursement is lower than the necessary threshold, the gift will have to be returned. If the gift is not returned, we may be forced to charge for it.

REFERRAL PROCEDURE
To make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- See the return conditions for an item above. If these conditions or the return deadlines are not respected, Reaverfit reserves the right to return your order to you, additional charges may apply.
- Visit our returns portal to submit your claim and arrange for your order to be returned.
To determine if return shipping is offered for an exchange or refund, please see the relevant sections below. - Once your request is approved (average approval time: 2 days), we will send you a prepaid return label by email . You will have an additional 5 days* from the date of receipt of the label to drop off your package at a relay point. Please check your spam box to make sure our email is not there.
*Please note that the 14-day period for your return request to be accepted only applies until you submit your request through our returns portal. Once this step is completed, you have an additional 5 days* to send your package from the date you receive the return label. This additional period is granted even if the shipment is made after the initial 14-day period has expired.
RESPONSIBILITY
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure you obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
GENERAL
We regret that you have received a defective item. In order to resolve this situation, please send the following information to our customer service at the following address: serviceclient@reaverfit.com , so that they can review your situation before any return procedure:
- Your order number (example: #4530)
- The name and size of the item concerned
- Photos showing:
1. The defect clearly and from several angles
2. A photo of the entire item, along with the product's protective bag and shipping bag
Any claim for damaged or incorrect items received must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date . If your claim is accepted, you will be given the choice of a refund or exchange, calculated based on the current price of the defective item.
EXCHANGES
Item exchanges are free, we cover all return and reshipping costs for:
- all eligible countries*
- products that have not benefited from promotions greater than 30%
- the first exchange request for each order. If you wish to exchange an item from the same order a second time, the shipping costs will then be your responsibility.
Please note that items that do not meet our return conditions will not be fully refunded or exchanged. In this case, we may have to return them to you without compensation.
*Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, and only via the services of Mondial Relay and Chrono Shop2Shop.
When you opt for an exchange, please note that items are not reserved immediately. It is possible that the requested items are no longer available by the time we process your request. If this situation occurs, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options, such as an exchange for another item or a refund in the form of a credit.

RETURNS FOR REFUND
Return shipping costs are free depending on the refund option you choose:
- Refund in the form of a credit note/voucher: Choose a credit note equivalent to the value of the returned items, usable for your future purchases without time restrictions, and benefit from the additional advantage of free return shipping .
- Refund to the original method of payment for the order: If you choose this option, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund amount. Depending on your location, the price of this label is €4.90 and can reach up to €7.50*. Once the return is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 to 15 days.
*For returns from countries other than Metropolitan France and Belgium, the carrier and associated costs will vary depending on the country of shipment.
For codes that require a minimum purchase, you must reach a certain amount or purchase a specific number of items to receive the discount. If you make a return after using such a code, and your order no longer meets the minimum amount required, the application of the promo code will be invalidated. As a result, your refund amount may be adjusted or, in some cases, no refund will be issued.
Let's take an example:
- Code used: €20 reduction for an order of €100 minimum.
- Total order amount: €110.
- Value of returned item: €30.
With the return, your order total falls below the required €100. Therefore, the €20 discount is cancelled and you are granted an adjusted €10 refund.
If after making your return, the terms and conditions of the promo code are still respected, there is no need to worry. Otherwise, keep this in mind when making a return.
Other promo codes offer varying discounts depending on the items purchased, such as "5% off the first item, 20% off the second, and 50% off the third." Discount details will be displayed at checkout. If you return an item, this will affect the corresponding refundable amount.
For gifts received during promotional offers based on a minimum purchase amount, the following conditions apply:
- If you return your order for a refund and after the refund your total purchase amount remains greater than or equal to the gift threshold, you may keep the gift.
- However, if the total amount after refund is below the necessary threshold, the gift will have to be returned. If the gift is not returned, we may be forced to charge for it.

Once your items are received at our warehouse, it may take up to 7 days for your order to be processed and your refund to be issued. We encourage you to track your package to see when it has been delivered to Reaverfit.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, if your request is approved, a refund will be issued directly to your original payment method. It may take up to 15 days for banks to process this transaction and for the amount to appear in your account.
If your request is rejected because the return conditions were not met, our customer service will contact you to inform you that your items will be returned to the original address of your order.

If your refund amount appears incorrect after a return, we apologize for the error.
To resolve this issue quickly, please contact our customer service. Be sure to mention your order number and the affected items.
The difference in the amount refunded may be due to several reasons:
- Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Some discounts applied during the initial purchase may no longer be valid, such as promotional codes requiring a minimum purchase.
If you return your entire order, the installments already paid will be refunded to you in full. The remaining deadlines will be cancelled.
If you return only part of your order, the remaining installments due will be recalculated according to the total amount remaining to be paid.
