DELIVERY & PAYMENT
METROPOLITAN FRANCE:

All our products are stored in Paris and Bordeaux, and we ship orders from these warehouses the same day or within 72 hours.

You can cancel your order without any problem up until the moment it is shipped. If the shipping label has already been created and the package has been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel the order. In this case, you will have to wait to receive the package and make a return request through our returns portal, referring to our return policy for more details.
The purchase confirmation email may be in your spam folder or may be the subject of a technical problem.
Please check your spam folder. If you have any problems, please contact our after-sales service via our online contact form.
When you buy online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then encrypted by SSL and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We regret that you have received a defective item. In order to resolve this situation, please send the following information to our customer service at the following address: serviceclient@reaverfit.com , so that they can review your situation before any return procedure:
- Your order number (example: #4530)
- The name and size of the item concerned
- Photos showing:
1. The defect clearly and from several angles
2. A photo of the entire item, along with the product's protective bag and shipping bag
Any claim for damaged or incorrect items received must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date . If your claim is accepted, you will be given the choice of a refund or exchange, calculated based on the current price of the defective item.

Once your items are received by our warehouse, it may take up to 7 days for your order to be processed and your refund to be issued. We encourage you to track your package to see when it has been delivered to Reaverfit.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, if your request is approved, a refund will be issued directly to your original payment method. It may take up to 15 days for banks to process this transaction and for the amount to appear in your account.
If your request is rejected because the return conditions were not met, our customer service will contact you to inform you that your items will be returned to the original address of your order.

- Proof of postage
- Tracking number
- Order number
We will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible.
If your refund amount appears incorrect after a return, we apologize for the error.
To resolve this issue quickly, please contact our customer service. Be sure to mention your order number and the affected items.
The difference in the amount refunded may be due to several reasons:
- Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Some discounts applied during the initial purchase may no longer be valid, such as promotional codes requiring a minimum purchase.
If you return your entire order, the installments already paid will be refunded to you in full. The remaining deadlines will be cancelled.
If you return only part of your order, the remaining installments due will be recalculated according to the total amount remaining to be paid.
If you are having difficulty with your order number, please contact us using our online contact form or by email at customerservice@reaverfit.com . To help us process your request quickly, please provide us with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your name and surname
- The items you wish to return
- The reason for return
- What you want (exchange: specify the item, size and color desired, refund or other exchange)
We will then send you a prepaid return label.
MISCELLANEOUS
Your username is your email address.
If you forget your password, go to the “ Account ” page and click on “ Forgotten password ”!
If the email address is not recognized, contact us via our online contact form or by email (serviceclient@reaverfit.com).
It is quite possible that an out-of-stock item is back in stock, following a restock or a customer return. To be alerted when it is available again, click on the alert request button. You will receive an automatic email once the item is back in stock!
For products marked "End of collection", no restocking is planned: these are therefore the very last pieces available.
