Make your return request on the Returns Portal .
You have a period of 14 days after the delivery date to submit a request for reimbursement or exchange of the items you have purchased and return your package. Beyond this period, Reaverfit reserves the right not to exchange or refund the product .
To qualify for a return:
- The product must never have been used. The package may have been opened to inspect its contents but it must not show signs of use or wear.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
- Please note that parts of entire sets cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
- Make sure items are in their original condition and all tags are attached. The products must be returned to us correctly folded, without any trace of degradation, in the original packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the returned item or refund you.
- The package must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package, as evidenced by the postmark.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition and packaging, is damaged, or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item with traces of make-up, dirt or perfume.
No product can be fully refunded or exchanged if it does not meet these conditions.
Reaverfit cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?
Go to the Returns Portal to request a refund or exchange. You will be given at the end of the form, a destination address and instructions for returning the item.
We advise you to return the package to us by Colissimo or to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Indeed, Reaverfit cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage that may be suffered by returned products during transport.
Please retain the package number and proof of posting as proof of postage. We need this proof in case the product is misplaced by the delivery service. Indeed, if the carrier misplaces the returned product and we do not have proof of shipment, Reaverfit reserves the right not to exchange or refund the product. Please note that the package remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If the article is refused by Reaverfit, it is returned to the customer without the customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible. Reimbursement of charges includes the product price and standard shipping charges. Express delivery method shipping charges are not refunded.
Having trouble tracking the refund status of your item?
Please contact your credit card issuer as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted to your bank account. Please also note that a refund made via Paypal can take up to 14 days.

We accept exchange requests within 14 days of receipt of your package.
Size problem? Defective item ? Go to the Returns Portal to make your exchange request. We will ship your new item upon receipt of your returned package in our warehouse.
