MAINTENANCE TIPS
Because sportswear does not wash like the others, here are our maintenance tips :
- Remove hulls before washing
- Turn the garment over before washing
- Do not use fabric softener or chemicals

- Machine wash at 30°C on gentle cycle

The measurement should be taken horizontally, across the fullest part of the chest .
2) WAIST
Your waist is the narrowest part of your torso, usually at or above your belly button.
3) HIPS
This is the widest point in your pelvis.
